Reach Out and Read Carolinas is working hard to enhance and ensure the quality implementation of the evidence-based Reach Out and Read program model in all our Reach Out and Read programs. One important aspect of this model is the literacy-rich waiting area. Here you will see the renovation of waiting areas across the Carolinas to become more focused on books and literacy resources for families.
